Ravensbourne Management Services Limited ("RMS") is an independent consultancy firm specialising in providing a range of management and financial services to clients operating in the Corporate Finance, Infrastructure, Property and Project Finance sectors.

RMS services include:

• arranging and structuring of debt solutions, including development and long term finance;

• provision of comprehensive project management services; and

• restructuring of existing asset and investment portfolios.

RMS was founded in 2011 by Ian Tasker who has over 20 years experience working in the structured finance, corporate finance, property and infrastructure markets.
